A couple things to share with you.

For one, I have officially finished my Volume 9 journal. WOW! haha I used to be SO good at writing in it all the time, and put so much detail in things that when i go back and read i am put back into the moment and can picture everything that was going on....but i soon stopped doing that. haha

With this jounral expecially, i have mainly focused on important moments such as break ups, new boyfriends, school news, sad times, happy times, and memories like...ticket stubs, pictures, quotes...just little things to make it more personable. This particular volume however has been over the last 5 years of my life....not gonna lie, probably THE most trying times i have had thus far in life. This journal is VERY special to me. It's full of SO much that i will always remember! Soooo much has happened in the last five years to make up who i am as a person. I grow more and more each day and couldn't be more blessed. I am SO excited to start a new chapter and create more memories. :D

Secondly, a friend of mine posted some songs on her blog...i am just going to write the songs and the artist on here...and if you wish to go find it...well...you just should. My life is based off of music and lyrics....NO JOKE! haha Well, here is a list of songs that are constantly on repeat on my ipod (my best friend) haha listening to meaningful song with my head phones in...is my "happy" place. Honestly....it makes me remember i can get through life...and that i relate EVERYTHING to music...........everything.

sometimes I have days like this. hahaha

Go dark?!

So It will be "hair appointment time" in about a month....I'm not sure what to do. I have LOVED what I have done these past two appointments. Blonde with more brown than the usual...

But....

I kinda wanna go dark again.

Problem....Summer is on it's way....should i wait until August?! And how do i get it to STAY this dark?!! It fades so quickly, and just becomes a lighter brown..which is fine, but i like THIS color!!

Help me decide. Also, sidenote. We have to wear hair pieces for our dance tour, and i would have to get a new one if i went dark now, and i kind of don't want to get a new one....so just some things to think about. haha

Let me know your thoughts. :)

Learning to trust.

Ya know...sometimes we have to learn to let go of what we want. And learn to just trust that the Lord will have happen what is supposed to happen. It's crazy how much easier life gets when He helps you. :) I love my life! I know I say that a lot. I know I'm about three steps behind everyone else my age, but i'm going. And i'm going somewhere. That is all that matters. :) I know that life has amazing things in store for me someday...and I just need to be PATIENT! haha Something i struggle with sometimes. But i know, in the end, it will ALL be worth it. :)

Well, I've decided that my life needed a change and well, it needs to be there.....it's been real, ya'll.






PSYCH! haha I would NEVER move there. BUT i went to go see it tonight at UVU and enjoyed every minute! I already said this on facebook..but whenever i get through watching a musical, it A. makes me want to be in one. And B. makes me want my life to be as lovely and perfect as one...HA! like that will happen. A girl can dream, right? :)

Happily Ever After

I bought Jenny Phillips album "We believe: Songs for youth 2011" yesterday. Well..haha I won't lie, i know i'm not really considered "youth" anymore. But, these songs STILL get me through rough times, and bring me up when i'm down. The ENTIRE cd is AMAZING! But this song called "Happily Ever After" was one that stood out to me...TONS! Lyrics hit me when i'm need them most. So, i wanted to share. I guess it was inspired by Elder Uchdorf's talk "Happily Ever After". This is the best video i could find. The kids talking at the beginning is pretty cute!! But part of the song comes towards the end. :)  Also, it would't let me post it, so you'll have to click the link and go to YouTube. :)
